  • Super Stroke Solenoid
    Clamp Mechanism

    Application of a super stroke solenoid in the handling mechanism of an automatic machine. The clamping force can be adjusted by varying the drive current according to the nature of the object.

    Workpiece Alignment

    Example of using a super stroke solenoid. The workpiece is aligned by pressing it against a wall with the tip of the shaft. The long stroke of a super stroke solenoid is utilized. Unlike an air cylinder, no piping is required.

    Defective Product Ejection

    Example of utilizing the long stroke of a super stroke solenoid. Defective products detected by a sensor are ejected from the line by pushing them out.
